Instructions
Combine water, sugar and corn syrup in a small saucepan. Keep it on low heat and stir it with a spoon. until the sugar dissolves.
Cool to room temperature. Cut the pomegranates in half. Press the orange reamer and squeeze out the juice. Reserve the juice
Remove the pulp, seeds and peel. A cup of juice will come out. Mix the pomegranates and lemon juice into the cold light corn syrup.
Pour into an ice cream canister and freeze in an ice cream maker. Delicious and delicious ice cream of pomegranate juice is ready.
