Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Pomegranates
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 2/1 cup Water
  • 3/1 cup Light corn syrup

Instructions
 

  • Combine water, sugar and corn syrup in a small saucepan. Keep it on low heat and stir it with a spoon. until the sugar dissolves.
  • Cool to room temperature. Cut the pomegranates in half. Press the orange reamer and squeeze out the juice. Reserve the juice
  • Remove the pulp, seeds and peel. A cup of juice will come out. Mix the pomegranates and lemon juice into the cold light corn syrup.
  • Pour into an ice cream canister and freeze in an ice cream maker. Delicious and delicious ice cream of pomegranate juice is ready.
