Ingredients for Butterscotch Sauce :

  • 2 oz Brown sugar
  • 1/2 pack Tetra pack cream
  • 2 oz Butter
  • 1 tbsp Corn syrup
  • Vanilla few drops
  • Butterscotch essence few drops

Ingredients for 1st layer :

  • Roughly chopped butter cookies as required

Ingredients for 2nd layer :

  • Mixed fruit cocktail as required

Ingredients for 3rd layer :

  • Butterscotch sauce as required
  • Strawberry puree as required

Ingredients 4th layer :

  • Basic custard as required
  • Butterscotch sauce as required

Ingredients for 5th layer :

  • Mixed fruit cocktail as required
  • Jelly cubes as required
  • Butterscotch sauce as required

Ingredients for the 6th layer :

  • Leftover custard as required
  • Butterscotch sauce as required
  • Jelly cubes as required

Instructions
 

  • Spread a layer of broken cookies in the base of a trifle bowl, then spread a layer of mixed fruit cocktail, drizzle butterscotch sauce and strawberry puree, beat together prepared custard
  • And butterscotch sauce, pour over the fruit layer, then layer of strawberry puree and some more fruit cocktail, then butterscotch sauce, lastly pour over remaining custard, drizzle butterscotch sauce, decorate with jelly and fresh cream.
