Heat oil on a skillet, add chopped onion, green chilies julienne, fry until slightly brown, add ginger garlic paste with blended tomatoes, cook for 5 mins, add seekh kabab with all the dry seasonings, cover and cook for 10 mins.
Add half cup water, cover and cook till mince tender, add crumbled cottage cheese, capsicum, fry well, add lemon juice, allspice, coriander leaves, serve immediately with paratha.
