
Tawa Paneer Qeema Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ Packet Seekh kabab
- ½ cup Oil
- 2 tsp Butter
- 4 qty Green chilies julienne
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 3 qty Tomatoes blended
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic heaped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder heaped
- ½ tsp Allspice
- ½ cup Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 qty Capsicum cut into tiny cubes
- ¼ cup Lemon juice
- 200 gm Cottage cheese
- 1 tsp Dried fenugreek
Instructions
- Heat oil on a skillet, add chopped onion, green chilies julienne, fry until slightly brown, add ginger garlic paste with blended tomatoes, cook for 5 mins, add seekh kabab with all the dry seasonings, cover and cook for 10 mins.
- Add half cup water, cover and cook till mince tender, add crumbled cottage cheese, capsicum, fry well, add lemon juice, allspice, coriander leaves, serve immediately with paratha.
