  • ½ Packet Seekh kabab
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 4 qty Green chilies julienne
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 3 qty Tomatoes blended
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic heaped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder heaped
  • ½ tsp Allspice
  • ½ cup Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 qty Capsicum cut into tiny cubes
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • 200 gm Cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp Dried fenugreek


  • Heat oil on a skillet, add chopped onion, green chilies julienne, fry until slightly brown, add ginger garlic paste with blended tomatoes, cook for 5 mins, add seekh kabab with all the dry seasonings, cover and cook for 10 mins.
  • Add half cup water, cover and cook till mince tender, add crumbled cottage cheese, capsicum, fry well, add lemon juice, allspice, coriander leaves, serve immediately with paratha.
