Tandoori Chops Drumsticks Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Mutton chops
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 tsp Tandoori masala
  • 200 gm Mince boiled
  • 2 cups Potatoes boiled & mashed
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Mustard
  • ½ cup Chopped onion
  • 2 tsp Green chilies chopped
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 qty Egg
  • Bread crumbs as required

Instructions
 

  • Boiled chops with water, tandoori masala and vinegar till tender and water dries. Boil mince in ½ cup water with salt and black pepper till dry, mix with mashed potato.
  • Add 1 egg and all the seasonings, mix well, wrap this portion around the chops like a drumstick, dip in egg, roll in crumbs, deep fry, serve with chatni.
