
Tandoori Chops Drumsticks Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Mutton chops
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1 cup Water
- 3 tsp Tandoori masala
- 200 gm Mince boiled
- 2 cups Potatoes boiled & mashed
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Mustard
- ½ cup Chopped onion
- 2 tsp Green chilies chopped
- 2 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 2 qty Egg
- Bread crumbs as required
Instructions
- Boiled chops with water, tandoori masala and vinegar till tender and water dries. Boil mince in ½ cup water with salt and black pepper till dry, mix with mashed potato.
- Add 1 egg and all the seasonings, mix well, wrap this portion around the chops like a drumstick, dip in egg, roll in crumbs, deep fry, serve with chatni.
