Instructions
Marinate shrimps and pan fry in butter for just 2 mins, do not overcook.
In the same pan add butter with ¼ cup oil, fry chopped onion and garlic till soft.
Add sweet corn, jalapeno, bell peppers, coriander and tomatoes, fry for 2 mins.
Add in all the spices, chicken powder and water, add rice, cook for 5 mins, leave it covered on low flame.
Make sar cream by mixing ½ cup cream and 3 tbsp lemon juice.
