Ingredients
  

  • 300 gm Shrimps washed
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • ¼ cup Oil

FOR RICE

  • ½ cup Sweet corne
  • ½ cup Red bell pepper julienn
  • ½ cup Capsicum julienne
  • ½ cup Yellow bell pepper julienne
  • 3 tsp Chopped jalapeno
  • 2 tsp Chopped coriander
  • 2 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 2 qty Tomatoes chopped (seeds removed)
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 ounce Butter
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Roasted & crushed cumin
  • 1 tsp Chicken powder
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 3 cups Boiled rice with salt

TO SERVE

  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Chopped spring onion
  • ¼ cup Cheddar cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Marinate shrimps and pan fry in butter for just 2 mins, do not overcook.
  • In the same pan add butter with ¼ cup oil, fry chopped onion and garlic till soft.
  • Add sweet corn, jalapeno, bell peppers, coriander and tomatoes, fry for 2 mins.
  • Add in all the spices, chicken powder and water, add rice, cook for 5 mins, leave it covered on low flame.
  • Make sar cream by mixing ½ cup cream and 3 tbsp lemon juice.
