Mix together ingredients for seasoned flour, toss chicken wings in flour very well, deep fry till crisp, make sauce by heating butter and oil together, add chopped garlic and onion, fry till soft.
Add in tandoori masala with ¼ cup water, fry for a min, add flour and roast it along with other ingredients.
Finally add in water, milk and mayonnaise, mixing well so no lumps are formed, add in all the rest of ingredients in the sauce, boil, toss the fried wings in this sauce and serve.
