  • 1 kg Chicken Wings

For Seasoned Flour:

  • 2 cups Flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Tandoori Masala
  • 1 tsp Chicken Powder
  • Oil For Deep Frying

For Tandoori Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 cup Onion Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Tandoori Masala
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise 
  • ½ cup Milk 
  • ¼ cup Water
  • ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Chopped Spring Onion


  • Mix together ingredients for seasoned flour, toss chicken wings in flour very well, deep fry till crisp, make sauce by heating butter and oil together, add chopped garlic and onion, fry till soft.
  • Add in tandoori masala with ¼ cup water, fry for a min, add flour and roast it along with other ingredients.
  • Finally add in water, milk and mayonnaise, mixing well so no lumps are formed, add in all the rest of ingredients in the sauce, boil, toss the fried wings in this sauce and serve.
