For Khichdi:

Rice

Green Split Moong Dal

Instructions
For Qeema:
Heat up the oil in a pan and add jeera, all the whole spices and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for 10-12 seconds and then add the minced mutton.
Mix till it changes color and then add all the masalas.
Stir and add tomato purée. When it’s all mixed, add the chilies, fried onions and salt.
Finally add the dill leaves, stir and simmer for 2 more minutes and voila!
For Khichdi:
Soak the rice and moong dal in water for half an hour. Boil 6 cups of water and add salt
Strain the khichdi, add in the salt water and cook. When the rice is cooked, strain it, add ghee and make dum for 5-7 minutes.
Serve with plain yogurt & Enjoy!
