Tandoori Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Boneless Chicken
  • 4-5 tsp Tandoori Spice Mix
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Paprika Powder
  • 4 tbsp oil

For Spicy Mayo Dressing:

  • 8 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp Red Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Fresh OR Dried Parsley Leaves

Assembling:

  • 12 slice Bread
  • Cheddar Cheese Slice (As Required)
  • 2 Tomato
  • Lettuce (Salad Leaves)
  • 4 Hard Boiled Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken with tandoori spice mix, yogurt, lemon juice and paprika powder. Fry it in oil until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  • Make the mayo dressing by mixing all its ingredients together.
  • Take a slice of bread. I used whole-wheat, you can use any sandwich bread. Add slices of cheese, tandoori chicken, drizzle the spicy mayo sauce, then place the tomato slices.
  • Top this with another piece of bread. Add the sliced boiled eggs, more mayo dressing, a dash of salt and crushed black pepper, some salad leaves, another slice of cheddar cheese (optional) and add the final slice of bread. you can also use fried egg.
  • Cut it diagonally, and secure each sandwich with toothpick or cocktail sword. Serve with fries/crisps.
