Put all the ingredients for Kafta in chopper and chopped till smooth.
Grease hands, shape into balls, fry prepared kaftas in oil for 2-3 mins, then cool on a tray (you can freeze these also).
Make Kafta Chilli Fry:
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry onion, red chili and green chilies, once the onions get to a light pink color, add in kaftas and fry them till edges turn crisp and golden.
Add in curry leaves, capsicum, coriander leaves, drain them all out of the oil into a bowl.
Sprinkle the spice mix on the fried kaftas and serve as side dish.
