Instructions
Cut potatoes into round slices.
Heat oil in a medium pot over medium heat, add potatoes, and sauté.
Add chili flakes and salt for taste. Mix well.
For Hara Masala:
Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, oil, lemon juice, white vinegar, and water in a blender. Blend it into a smooth paste.
Add the hara masala in the potatoes, mix well, and cover the lid for about 5 minutes till potatoes are cooked and the water has evaporated.
Add butter, mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes. Then serve it with naan.
