Hara Masala:

  • 3-4 Green Chilies
  • ½ bunch Coriander Leaves
  • ½ bunch Mint Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Vinegar
  • Water As Needed
  • 1 tbsp Oil

For Gravy:

  • ½ cup Oil
  • ½ kg Potato, Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 tbsp Butter


  • Cut potatoes into round slices.
  • Heat oil in a medium pot over medium heat, add potatoes, and sauté.
  • Add chili flakes and salt for taste. Mix well.

For Hara Masala:

  • Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, oil, lemon juice, white vinegar, and water in a blender. Blend it into a smooth paste.
  • Add the hara masala in the potatoes, mix well, and cover the lid for about 5 minutes till potatoes are cooked and the water has evaporated.
  • Add butter, mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes. Then serve it with naan.
