Hara Masala Aloo Recipe
Ingredients
Hara Masala:
- 3-4 Green Chilies
- ½ bunch Coriander Leaves
- ½ bunch Mint Leaves
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Vinegar
- Water As Needed
- 1 tbsp Oil
For Gravy:
- ½ cup Oil
- ½ kg Potato, Sliced
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
- Salt To Taste
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into round slices.
- Heat oil in a medium pot over medium heat, add potatoes, and sauté.
- Add chili flakes and salt for taste. Mix well.
For Hara Masala:
- Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, oil, lemon juice, white vinegar, and water in a blender. Blend it into a smooth paste.
- Add the hara masala in the potatoes, mix well, and cover the lid for about 5 minutes till potatoes are cooked and the water has evaporated.
- Add butter, mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes. Then serve it with naan.
