Ring Samosa Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Maida
  • 3/4 cup Wheat Flour
  • 3 tsp Ajwain
  • 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • Pinch Of Asafetida
  • 4 Potatoes - Boiled and Smashed
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • Oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl add maida, wheat flour, salt, 4 Tsp hot oil, 1 Tsp. Cummins, n ajwain. Now add little by little warm water and form a tight dough. Cover it with wet cloth and allow it to rest 15 minutes.
  • Now to make stuffing - Heat a pan and 2 Tsp oil. Once its heated add Cummins, asafetida, smashed potatoes, garam masala, sugar and salt. Cook well for 5 minutes. Now allow it to cool. Stuffing is ready.
  • Now take small dough and prepare small roti. Now cut it into rectangular shape. Now in this make strips in its half portion. Now keep stuffing on remaining (non cut ) portion and roll it. At last join its ends. Prepare all samosas like this.
  • In a pan heat oil and fry these rolls till it becomes golden brown. Now remove from oil.
  • Ring Samosa is ready. You can serve with tomato sauce .
