Tomato Chopped in tiny cubes seeds removed

Capsicum chopped in tiny cubes

Instructions
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
Saute onion for 2 minutes until translucent.
Then add ginger garlic paste with boiled rice and all the seasoning.
Add capsicum and tomatoes.
Stir well and cover the pan with a lid. Put on dum for 10 minutes or until rice is fluff.
Dish it out. Delicious Peri Peri Rice is ready to serve.
