Peri Peri Rice Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Boiled Rice
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Peri Peri Sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Onion Chopped
  • ½ Tomato Chopped in tiny cubes seeds removed
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 1 Capsicum chopped in tiny cubes
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp White Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  • Saute onion for 2 minutes until translucent.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste with boiled rice and all the seasoning.
  • Add capsicum and tomatoes.
  • Stir well and cover the pan with a lid. Put on dum for 10 minutes or until rice is fluff.
  • Dish it out. Delicious Peri Peri Rice is ready to serve.
