Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Plain Flour
  • 250 g Butter 
  • 2 Eggs 
  • 1 tsp Sugar 
  • 2 tbsp Butter 
  • Salt To Taste
  • Water As Required
  • 4 tbsp Sesame Seeds 

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add plain flour, one egg, salt, sugar, 2 tsp butter and water and knead dough.
  • Now, boll the dough like roti, add butter in mid, folds in 4 sides.
  • Roll again and repeat this process 5 to 6 times
  • Roll the dough like a roti and cut lengthwise and roll like.
  • Brush it with beaten egg, sprinkle sesame seeds.
  • Bake it in the oven at 200 degree centigrade. Delicious bakar khani is ready to serve.
