Instructions
Make Chutney by grinding together coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger garlic, onion, green chilies, yogurt and salt.
Marinate mutton with the prepared chutney for 2 hours.
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add curry leaves and fry for 1 minute then add marinated mutton with 1 cup water.
Cover the pot and cook on low flame for 45 minutes or until mutton is tender.
Sprinkle lemon juice and allspice powder over it. Dish it out. Delicious Chutney Gosht is ready to serve.
