Delhi Style Fruit Chaat Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Apple 
  • 2 Banana
  • ½ cup Pineapple
  • ¼ cup Pomegranate
  • 1 cup Potato 
  • ½ cup Sweet potato
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
  • Fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp Green Chilies
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Deep fry potatoes and sweet potatoes till golden brown.
  • Drain and keep aside.
  • Add apple, banana, pineapple and pomegranate in a bowl
  • Add lemon juice and mix well.
  • Add salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, green chilli and fresh coriander and mix well.
  • Add fried potatoes and sweet potatoes and give it a quick mix. Serve immediately.
