Coconut Square Mithai Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Milk
  • ½ kg Khoya
  • ½ cup Semolina
  • 2 cups Coconut
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • A pinch Green Food Color
  • Kewra Essence Few Drops

Instructions
 

  • Take ½ cup semolina in a pan and sauté it.
  • Add in 1 tsp cardamom powder and 250 gm sugar.
  • Mix everything together.
  • Add in 1 cup water and a pinch of green color.
  • Mix it and add it in the milk.
  • Then add in ½ kg khoya, mix it and keep on stirring it.
  • Add in 2 cup coconut and mix it.
  • Add in roasted semolina and cook it till the mixture thickens.
  • Take it out in a dish and garnish it with coconut. Cut it in squares and serve.
