Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Bhindi
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Khatai powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Gram flour 
  • 4 tsp Corn flour
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • ¼ tsp Allspice

Instructions
 

  • Remove top and tail from bhindi.
  • Cut each bhindi into 4 thin slices.
  • Mix it with all the given ingredients deep fry till crisp.
  • Ready to Serve Crispy Bhindi.
