
Crispy Bhindi Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Bhindi
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Khatai powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 to 3 tbsp Gram flour
- 4 tsp Corn flour
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ¼ tsp Allspice
Instructions
- Remove top and tail from bhindi.
- Cut each bhindi into 4 thin slices.
- Mix it with all the given ingredients deep fry till crisp.
- Ready to Serve Crispy Bhindi.
