Instructions
Roast and grind coriander cumin and red chilies.
Marinate liver with all the given ingredients.
Heat ghee on a tawa.
Add chopped onion with chopped tomatoes with marinated liver.
Fry for 10 mins till liver tender and oil comes on top.
Lastly add kasuri methi coriander and green chilies.
Serve garnished with onion rings and lemon veggies.
