
Tawa Kaleji Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Coriander seeds roasted
- 10 qty Button red chilies roasted
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds roasted
- ½ kg Liver cut into small pieces
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- ½ tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- ½ cup Onion chopped
- 1 qty Tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 3 to 4 qty Green chilies chopped
Instructions
- Roast and grind coriander cumin and red chilies.
- Marinate liver with all the given ingredients.
- Heat ghee on a tawa.
- Add chopped onion with chopped tomatoes with marinated liver.
- Fry for 10 mins till liver tender and oil comes on top.
- Lastly add kasuri methi coriander and green chilies.
- Serve garnished with onion rings and lemon veggies.
