Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Coriander seeds roasted
  • 10 qty Button red chilies roasted
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds roasted
  • ½ kg Liver cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • ½ cup Onion chopped
  • 1 qty Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 3 to 4 qty Green chilies chopped

Instructions
 

  • Roast and grind coriander cumin and red chilies.
  • Marinate liver with all the given ingredients.
  • Heat ghee on a tawa.
  • Add chopped onion with chopped tomatoes with marinated liver.
  • Fry for 10 mins till liver tender and oil comes on top.
  • Lastly add kasuri methi coriander and green chilies.
  • Serve garnished with onion rings and lemon veggies.
