Chicken Tikka Kabab Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin roasted and crushed
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 2 qty Green chilies chopped

INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING

  • 2 qty Boneless chicken breast cut in tiny cubes
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chicken tikka masala
  • 4 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt 
  • 4 tbsp Grated cheddar cheese

INGREDIENTS FOR COATING

  • 1 qty Egg
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • ½ cup Vermicelli crushed

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil; add chicken and fry for 5 mins.
  • Add ginger garlic paste 1 tsp with chicken tikka masala and yogurt.
  • Cook till chicken tender and dry.
  • Lastly add in cheddar cheese.
  • Mix and remove.
  • Boil and mash the potatoes.
  • Add in salt, pepper, cumin, lemon juice, coriander and green chilies.
  • Mix well.
  • Take some potato mixture in hand.
  • Put some filling, shape into kebabs.
  • Dip in egg then crumbs.
  • Fry till crisp.
