
Chicken Tikka Kabab Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Cumin roasted and crushed
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 to 3 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 2 qty Green chilies chopped
INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING
- 2 qty Boneless chicken breast cut in tiny cubes
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Chicken tikka masala
- 4 tbsp Onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 4 tbsp Grated cheddar cheese
INGREDIENTS FOR COATING
- 1 qty Egg
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- ½ cup Vermicelli crushed
Instructions
- Heat oil; add chicken and fry for 5 mins.
- Add ginger garlic paste 1 tsp with chicken tikka masala and yogurt.
- Cook till chicken tender and dry.
- Lastly add in cheddar cheese.
- Mix and remove.
- Boil and mash the potatoes.
- Add in salt, pepper, cumin, lemon juice, coriander and green chilies.
- Mix well.
- Take some potato mixture in hand.
- Put some filling, shape into kebabs.
- Dip in egg then crumbs.
- Fry till crisp.
