INGREDIENTS FOR SPONGE
- 5 qty Egg whites
- 200 gm Sugar
- 170 gm Flour
- 30 gm Coco powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 200 gm Oil / butter
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
FOR FROSTING
- 100 gm Egg yolks
- 70 gm Sugar
- 50 gm Butter
- 150 gm Chocolate
- Water as required
- 200 gm Whipped cream
FOR FROSTING
Cook egg yolks, sugar and butter together.
Then add melted chocolate and as required water.
Now add whipped cream and add this frosting to the sponge.
Serve.
