Ingredients
INGREDIENTS FOR SPONGE
- 5 qty Egg whites
- 200 gm Sugar
- 170 gm Flour
- 30 gm Coco powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 200 gm Oil / butter
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
FOR FROSTING
- 100 gm Egg yolks
- 70 gm Sugar
- 50 gm Butter
- 150 gm Chocolate
- Water as required
- 200 gm Whipped cream
Instructions
- Beat egg whites and sugar together.
- Then add oil and yogurt.
- Beat well.
- Now dry ingredients and fold properly.
- Bake it on 180 c.
FOR FROSTING
- Cook egg yolks, sugar and butter together.
- Then add melted chocolate and as required water.
- Now add whipped cream and add this frosting to the sponge.
- Serve.
