Ingredients
  

INGREDIENTS FOR SPONGE

  • 5 qty Egg whites
  • 200 gm Sugar
  • 170 gm Flour
  • 30 gm Coco powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 200 gm Oil / butter
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt

FOR FROSTING

  • 100 gm Egg yolks
  • 70 gm Sugar
  • 50 gm Butter
  • 150 gm Chocolate
  • Water as required
  • 200 gm Whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Beat egg whites and sugar together.
  • Then add oil and yogurt.
  • Beat well.
  • Now dry ingredients and fold properly.
  • Bake it on 180 c.

FOR FROSTING

  • Cook egg yolks, sugar and butter together.
  • Then add melted chocolate and as required water.
  • Now add whipped cream and add this frosting to the sponge.
  • Serve.
