Instructions
Marinate prawns with all the ingredients for 30 min.
Heat oil, add crushed garlic, slightly sauté, add crushed black pepper, crushed red pepper, oyster sauce, pepper sauce, toss and add marinated prawns, cook for 5-7 min.
Remove and serve with garlic rice in the center of the platter, surrounded by back pepper prawns.
FOR RICE
Heat oil, add crushed garlic, fry till its golden, add boiled rice with seasonings and sauce, toss well and serve.
