Black Pepper Prawns Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Prawns (cleaned)         
  • ¼ tsp Salt                    
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper heaped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste 
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice  
  • 1 tbsp Oil 

FOR SAUCE

  • 2 tbsp Oil      
  • 1 tsp Garlic (crushed) 
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper (crushed)  
  • ½ tsp Red Pepper (crushed)  
  • 4 tsp Oyster Sauce          
  • 4 tbsp Pepper Sauce     

FOR GARLIC SAUCE

  • 2 to 3 cups Boiled Rice    
  • 2 tbsp Oil              
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (crushed)      
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce        
  • 1 tsp Chicken Powder      

Instructions
 

  • Marinate prawns with all the ingredients for 30 min.
  • Heat oil, add crushed garlic, slightly sauté, add crushed black pepper, crushed red pepper, oyster sauce, pepper sauce, toss and add marinated prawns, cook for 5-7 min.
  • Remove and serve with garlic rice in the center of the platter, surrounded by back pepper prawns.

FOR RICE

  • Heat oil, add crushed garlic, fry till its golden, add boiled rice with seasonings and sauce, toss well and serve.
