
Black Pepper Prawns Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Prawns (cleaned)
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper heaped
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Oil
FOR SAUCE
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (crushed)
- ½ tsp Red Pepper (crushed)
- 4 tsp Oyster Sauce
- 4 tbsp Pepper Sauce
FOR GARLIC SAUCE
- 2 to 3 cups Boiled Rice
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic (crushed)
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Chicken Powder
Instructions
- Marinate prawns with all the ingredients for 30 min.
- Heat oil, add crushed garlic, slightly sauté, add crushed black pepper, crushed red pepper, oyster sauce, pepper sauce, toss and add marinated prawns, cook for 5-7 min.
- Remove and serve with garlic rice in the center of the platter, surrounded by back pepper prawns.
FOR RICE
- Heat oil, add crushed garlic, fry till its golden, add boiled rice with seasonings and sauce, toss well and serve.
