Donut Kabab Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Beef Mince  
  • 2 qty Onion (Large)
  • 2 qty Potatoes (medium) 
  • 6 qty Green Chilies                    
  • 4 tbsp Chana Daal          
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic     
  • 2 qty Eggs 
  • ½ bunch Mint (chopped)  
  • 1 tsp All spice 
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper          
  • ½ bunch Coriander Leaves (chopped)  
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper (crushed)    

Instructions
 

  • Cook together meat.
  • Ginger garlic paste, salt, daal, onions & potatoes & boil with 2 cups water till water dries off completely.
  • Cool add green chilies & blend well, than add in all the rest of the ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Shape the meat into a round shape, cut with doughnut cutter and fry them on high flame.
