Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Mince
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • 2 cups Yogurt hanged
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder heaped
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 4 qty Green chilies sliced
  • ½ tsp All spice

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil, fry onion till light golden.
  • Add ginger garlic paste fry for 2 min.
  • Add all the dry seasonings with mince.
  • Fry well add one cup water, cover and cook for 20 min.
  • Then add hung curd, cook for 5 min, lastly add allspice and chopped greens.
