
Dahi Qeema Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Mince
- ¼ cup Oil
- ¼ cup Butter
- 2 cups Yogurt hanged
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Coriander powder heaped
- 2 to 3 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 4 qty Green chilies sliced
- ½ tsp All spice
Instructions
- Heat oil, fry onion till light golden.
- Add ginger garlic paste fry for 2 min.
- Add all the dry seasonings with mince.
- Fry well add one cup water, cover and cook for 20 min.
- Then add hung curd, cook for 5 min, lastly add allspice and chopped greens.
