Whole coriander seeds heaped roasted and crushed

Cumin seeds roasted and crushed
Instructions
Heat oil in a wok fry chops for 10 mins.
Add salt, pepper, ginger garlic fry well.
Then add finely chopped tomatoes, fry well.
Add 1 cup water, cover and cook till chops tender.
Lastly add green chilies.
Roasted and crushed coriander and cumin mixture.
Leave it on dum for 10 mins.
Serve with nan.
