Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Mutton chops
  • 1 ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 5 qty Tomatoes finely sliced
  • 4 qty Green chilies
  • 1 tsp Whole coriander seeds heaped roasted and crushed
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds roasted and crushed

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a wok fry chops for 10 mins.
  • Add salt, pepper, ginger garlic fry well.
  • Then add finely chopped tomatoes, fry well.
  • Add 1 cup water, cover and cook till chops tender.
  • Lastly add green chilies.
  • Roasted and crushed coriander and cumin mixture.
  • Leave it on dum for 10 mins.
  • Serve with nan.
