
Balti Chops Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Mutton chops
- 1 ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
- ½ cup Oil
- 5 qty Tomatoes finely sliced
- 4 qty Green chilies
- 1 tsp Whole coriander seeds heaped roasted and crushed
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds roasted and crushed
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok fry chops for 10 mins.
- Add salt, pepper, ginger garlic fry well.
- Then add finely chopped tomatoes, fry well.
- Add 1 cup water, cover and cook till chops tender.
- Lastly add green chilies.
- Roasted and crushed coriander and cumin mixture.
- Leave it on dum for 10 mins.
- Serve with nan.
