Ingredients
  

FOR SPONGE

  • 3 qty Eggs
  • 100 gm Sugar
  • 80 gm Flour
  • 20 gm Cocoa powder
  • 10 gm Baking powder
  • 100 gm Oil

FOR THE FROSTING

  • 300 gm Whipping cream
  • 150 gm Chocolate
  • 150 gm Liquid cream

FOR THE DECORATION

  • Chocolate as required
  • 3 qty Bunty chocolate
  • 2 qty Marshmallow
  • 1 packet Chocolate biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Beat sugar and eggs together until fluffy.
  • Then in another bowl add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  • Mix well and add to the wet ingredients.
  • Now add oil and mix properly until well combined.
  • Add the batter to the mould and bake it in an oven 180 C for about 35 minutes.

FOR THE FROSTING

  • Melt the chocolate and add liquid cream, mix well and prepare a ganache.
  • Then beat the whipping creamm and add 100 gm to the ganache.
  • Mix well and apply onto the cake.
  • Spread evenly and allow it to set.

FOR THE DECORATION

  • Once the cake is set add the decorations and serve.
