Instructions
Beat sugar and eggs together until fluffy.
Then in another bowl add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
Mix well and add to the wet ingredients.
Now add oil and mix properly until well combined.
Add the batter to the mould and bake it in an oven 180 C for about 35 minutes.
FOR THE FROSTING
Melt the chocolate and add liquid cream, mix well and prepare a ganache.
Then beat the whipping creamm and add 100 gm to the ganache.
Mix well and apply onto the cake.
Spread evenly and allow it to set.
FOR THE DECORATION
Once the cake is set add the decorations and serve.
