
Overload Cake Recipe
Ingredients
FOR SPONGE
- 3 qty Eggs
- 100 gm Sugar
- 80 gm Flour
- 20 gm Cocoa powder
- 10 gm Baking powder
- 100 gm Oil
FOR THE FROSTING
- 300 gm Whipping cream
- 150 gm Chocolate
- 150 gm Liquid cream
FOR THE DECORATION
- Chocolate as required
- 3 qty Bunty chocolate
- 2 qty Marshmallow
- 1 packet Chocolate biscuits
Instructions
- Beat sugar and eggs together until fluffy.
- Then in another bowl add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
- Mix well and add to the wet ingredients.
- Now add oil and mix properly until well combined.
- Add the batter to the mould and bake it in an oven 180 C for about 35 minutes.
FOR THE FROSTING
- Melt the chocolate and add liquid cream, mix well and prepare a ganache.
- Then beat the whipping creamm and add 100 gm to the ganache.
- Mix well and apply onto the cake.
- Spread evenly and allow it to set.
FOR THE DECORATION
- Once the cake is set add the decorations and serve.
