Lady finger (remove tail and top,slightly fry till golden)
Instructions
Heat oil fry ginger garlic paste with mutton fry well, add all the spices mixed with yogurt.
Fry well,add 2 cups water.
Cook till mutton gets tender and little gravy left.
Add fried lady finger,all spice.
Leave it on dum.
Serve with roti.
