Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Mutton
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • 1 ½ tsp Chili powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • ½ cup Brown onion
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 250 gm Lady finger (remove tail and top,slightly fry till golden)

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil fry ginger garlic paste with mutton fry well, add all the spices mixed with yogurt.
  • Fry well,add 2 cups water.
  • Cook till mutton gets tender and little gravy left.
  • Add fried lady finger,all spice.
  • Leave it on dum.
  • Serve with roti.
