
Bhindi Gosht Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Mutton
- ½ cup Oil
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1 ½ tsp Chili powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- ½ cup Brown onion
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 250 gm Lady finger (remove tail and top,slightly fry till golden)
Instructions
- Heat oil fry ginger garlic paste with mutton fry well, add all the spices mixed with yogurt.
- Fry well,add 2 cups water.
- Cook till mutton gets tender and little gravy left.
- Add fried lady finger,all spice.
- Leave it on dum.
- Serve with roti.
