Ingredients
  

  • 1 Plain cake 
  • 1 cup Pineapple Syrup
  • Pineapple Tidbits as required
  • 1 Caramel Egg Custard (packet)
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 cup Black Cookies (crushed)
  • ½ cup Walnut (crushed)
  • ½ cup Chocolate (chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Spread cake slices on Pyrex dish, spread with pineapple.
  • Make custard according to instruction and spread on pineapple leave it until set.
  • Soften ice cream, spread on custard top with walnut chocolate chips and cookies freeze for 2 hours and serve.
