Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Surprise Recipe
- 1 Plain cake
- 1 cup Pineapple Syrup
- Pineapple Tidbits as required
- 1 Caramel Egg Custard (packet)
- 2 cup Milk
- 1 Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 cup Black Cookies (crushed)
- ½ cup Walnut (crushed)
- ½ cup Chocolate (chopped)
- Spread cake slices on Pyrex dish, spread with pineapple.
- Make custard according to instruction and spread on pineapple leave it until set.
- Soften ice cream, spread on custard top with walnut chocolate chips and cookies freeze for 2 hours and serve.
