Kaleji Kay Tikkay Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Mutton liver
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 qty Onion boiled and blended
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves ground
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Allspice
  • tsp Chili powder
  • ½ cup Clarified butter
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 4 tsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Crushed cumin

Instructions
 

  • Mix together blended onion, ginger garlic, grinded coriander, salt, allspice, chili powder, roasted cumin, make a paste and spread on the liver pcs, leave it for 30 mins. 
  • Heat ghee on a tawa, arrange liver pcs over it, cook for 10 mins adding more ghee if required, cook for 15 mins until liver done.
  •  Serve hot garnished with onion rings, tomato slices and green chilies.
