Mix together blended onion, ginger garlic, grinded coriander, salt, allspice, chili powder, roasted cumin, make a paste and spread on the liver pcs, leave it for 30 mins.
Heat ghee on a tawa, arrange liver pcs over it, cook for 10 mins adding more ghee if required, cook for 15 mins until liver done.
Serve hot garnished with onion rings, tomato slices and green chilies.
