
Kaleji Kay Tikkay Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Mutton liver
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 qty Onion boiled and blended
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves ground
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Allspice
- 1½ tsp Chili powder
- ½ cup Clarified butter
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 4 tsp Yogurt
- 1 tsp Crushed cumin
Instructions
- Mix together blended onion, ginger garlic, grinded coriander, salt, allspice, chili powder, roasted cumin, make a paste and spread on the liver pcs, leave it for 30 mins.
- Heat ghee on a tawa, arrange liver pcs over it, cook for 10 mins adding more ghee if required, cook for 15 mins until liver done.
- Serve hot garnished with onion rings, tomato slices and green chilies.
