Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken whole give cuts
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Brown onion crushed
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • tsp Salt leveled
  • 2 tsp Cashew nuts grinded
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic heaped
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Allspice
  • 1 tsp Screwpine
  • ¼ tsp Saffron
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • French fries for serving
  • 2 qty Boiled eggs for serving

Instructions
 

  • Give cuts on chicken, wash and dry well. Marinate with all the above ingredients except oil for few hours.
  • Heat oil, fry chicken on both the sides till light golden, add in the marination with 1 cup water.
  • Cover and cook till chicken tender and thick masala left, serve garnished with fries and boiled eggs.
