
Murgh Musallam Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken whole give cuts
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Brown onion crushed
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1½ tsp Salt leveled
- 2 tsp Cashew nuts grinded
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic heaped
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Allspice
- 1 tsp Screwpine
- ¼ tsp Saffron
- ¼ cup Oil
- French fries for serving
- 2 qty Boiled eggs for serving
Instructions
- Give cuts on chicken, wash and dry well. Marinate with all the above ingredients except oil for few hours.
- Heat oil, fry chicken on both the sides till light golden, add in the marination with 1 cup water.
- Cover and cook till chicken tender and thick masala left, serve garnished with fries and boiled eggs.
