Instructions
In a bowl add eggs, sugar and oil. Beat well until the mixture gets creamy. Then add flour, baking powder, vanilla essence and lemon juice.
Mix well. Add water and mix well. Now pour the mixture into 12×12 loaf pan.
Then bake it in an oven at 180 c for about 35 minutes. Now remove and slice it like cake rusk.
Then place onto a baking tray and bake it again at 100 c for about 20 minutes. Lastly remove, allow it to cool and serve.
