
Cake Rusk Recipe
Ingredients
- 7 gm Eggs
- 375 gm Sugar
- 250 gm Oil
- 350 gm Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 drops Vanilla essence
- 3 tsp Lemon juice
- 15 gm Water
Instructions
- In a bowl add eggs, sugar and oil. Beat well until the mixture gets creamy. Then add flour, baking powder, vanilla essence and lemon juice.
- Mix well. Add water and mix well. Now pour the mixture into 12×12 loaf pan.
- Then bake it in an oven at 180 c for about 35 minutes. Now remove and slice it like cake rusk.
- Then place onto a baking tray and bake it again at 100 c for about 20 minutes. Lastly remove, allow it to cool and serve.
