  • 7 gm Eggs
  • 375 gm Sugar
  • 250 gm Oil
  • 350 gm Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 drops Vanilla essence
  • 3 tsp Lemon juice
  • 15 gm Water


  • In a bowl add eggs, sugar and oil. Beat well until the mixture gets creamy. Then add flour, baking powder, vanilla essence and lemon juice.
  • Mix well. Add water and mix well. Now pour the mixture into 12×12 loaf pan. 
  • Then bake it in an oven at 180 c for about 35 minutes. Now remove and slice it like cake rusk. 
  • Then place onto a baking tray and bake it again at 100 c for about 20 minutes. Lastly remove, allow it to cool and serve.
