Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Chicken boneless (cut into strips)
  • 4 ounce Butter
  • 4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Crushed red pepper heaped
  • 2 tsp Karahi masala
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 qty Capsicum (cut into julienne)
  • 4 qty Papas (deep fried) (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 cup water in karahi with 4 ounce butter, add in chicken with salt, crushed red pepper, cook till water dries and water comes on top.
  • Add lemon juice, karahi masala, capsicum, fry for 2 mins and remove, serve over fried papas.
