Butter Chicken Karahi Recipe
- ½ kg Chicken boneless (cut into strips)
- 4 ounce Butter
- 4 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Crushed red pepper heaped
- 2 tsp Karahi masala
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 qty Capsicum (cut into julienne)
- 4 qty Papas (deep fried) (for serving)
- Heat 1 cup water in karahi with 4 ounce butter, add in chicken with salt, crushed red pepper, cook till water dries and water comes on top.
- Add lemon juice, karahi masala, capsicum, fry for 2 mins and remove, serve over fried papas.
